About Burnaby South – Burnaby Hospital & Greentree Village:
The neighbourhoods of Burnaby Hospital and Greentree Village are in the same area of Burnaby, but have different make-ups. Burnaby Hospital is largely residential, mostly made up of detached family homes with some lowrise apartment buildings. Only a small part of Greentree Village is residential, and most of the homes are townhouse and apartment complexes set on cul-de-sacs in smaller, quiet communities.
